Manage Items & Sets

Organize Items and Set permissions

To keep your collection organized Memonic provides a couple of nifty features. Central are “Sets”. Sets are both a folder and a tag.

a: You may move an Item to an existing Set or create one on the fly.

b: Alternatively you may add an Item to as many Sets as you wish.

c: This is the list of all your Sets.

d: Here you see in what sets an Item may be found. Important to know: If you edit an Item, the changes are automatically reflected in each Set.

e: With permissions you may set the level of access: Private = only you may access these Items; Public = Anyone may access this Item.

f: The colored square indicates the permission level: Red = Private, Green = Public.

g: And of course you may delete any Item.

Manage Sets and Set permissions

Your sets contain Items. They serve as brace to your Items.

a: Click on “Manage Sets” to access the set organize view.

b: Permissions (see above): Also for sets you may set the permission level: Red = The Set and all items are private, Orange = Some items of this Set are public, some are public. Green = Everything is public. Attention: All items of a public set are visible to anyone.

c: Delete a Set here.

d: Share & print your Set(s).

e: You can create any number of Sets.
